Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CryptoProxy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), available at cryptoproxy.net. By registering, purchasing, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

CryptoProxy provides dedicated 4G LTE mobile proxy services running on dedicated physical mobile modem infrastructure. Each proxy includes:

• Dedicated HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy ports
• OpenVPN configuration access
• Xray protocol access
• IP rotation via API or rotation URL
• A management dashboard accessible at cryptoproxy.net/dashboard
• Access for the duration of the purchased plan (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, or 3 Months)

Service is provided “as-is” with best-effort availability. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, as mobile network availability depends on third-party mobile network carriers.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using CryptoProxy, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of our services is prohibited in jurisdictions where proxy services are restricted by law.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cryptoproxy.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use CryptoProxy proxies for legitimate business purposes including:

• Web scraping for publicly available data
• Market research and price comparison
• Social media management and automation (within platform terms)
• SEO monitoring and rank tracking
• Ad verification and brand protection
• Testing and quality assurance

You may NOT use our services for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law
• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk messaging
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of cyberattack
• Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or impersonation
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious code
• Accessing child exploitation material or any illegal content
• Circumventing sanctions, embargoes, or export controls
• Cryptocurrency mining or abuse of computational resources
• Reselling or sublicensing access without written permission
• Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms through our proxies
• Any activity that overloads or damages our infrastructure

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We accept card payments processed by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments processed by NowPayments. All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and receive a recurring 10% discount versus one-off pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel through your dashboard.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. This also applies to active subscriptions — an updated subscription price takes effect from the next renewal.
• All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible by nature of blockchain technology. By choosing crypto payment, you acknowledge and accept this.
• By purchasing, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately upon payment confirmation. Where you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge and agree that you lose that right of withdrawal once provisioning has begun.

Because we provide digital services provisioned and usable immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final except as expressly set out below.

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee. For your first paid order only, you may request a full refund within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, provided that all of the following are met: (a) the request is made from the account that placed the order; (b) total bandwidth consumed on the order does not exceed 1 GB; (c) the order has not been renewed or extended; and (d) no prior refund has ever been issued to your account. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to cryptocurrency payments, which are final and non-reversible by nature of blockchain technology.

In addition, we will issue a refund or credit in the following cases:

• Service outage: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a pro-rata credit or extension. This credit is your sole and exclusive remedy for downtime.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Technical failure: If we are unable to provision your proxy within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period, and your proxy remains active until the end of that period. No partial-period or pro-rata refunds are issued on cancellation.

Except as expressly stated in this Section, refunds are not available — including for change of mind after the 24-hour window, inability to use the service due to third-party restrictions, IP bans on third-party platforms, or account suspension for policy violations.

New users may activate one (1) free 1-hour trial proxy. The trial is limited to one per account with a 24-hour cooldown. Trial proxies are subject to all terms including the Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to disable or modify the trial offer at any time.

We strive for high availability but do not offer or guarantee any service level agreement (SLA), uptime percentage, or guaranteed availability. Mobile network connectivity depends on third-party carriers and may be affected by network maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events. The service-outage credit described in Section 8 is your sole and exclusive remedy for any downtime.

All content, software, branding, and materials on cryptoproxy.net are owned by CryptoProxy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• All active proxies will be immediately purged from our infrastructure
• No refunds will be issued for unused time in cases of policy violations
• You may appeal suspension by contacting our support team at cryptoproxy.net/support

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and you irrevocably consent to that venue. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.
