By registering for, accessing, or using CryptoProxy you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CryptoProxy provides access to Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential proxy infrastructure for routing your network traffic through real carrier and residential exit IPs.

You may not use the service for any illegal activity, unauthorized system intrusion or access, spam, fraud, distribution of malware, or any infringement of the rights of others. We may investigate suspected violations and act on them.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through support if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service is offered on a subscription basis and may include a trial. Pricing and plan terms are described on the pricing page. Charges, where applicable, are handled by our payment partners. Specific checkout details are not part of these terms.

We work to keep the service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or absolutely error-free operation. Maintenance, carrier conditions, and factors outside our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the network, or put the platform or other users at risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
