CryptoProxy is the operator of cryptoproxy.net, a provider of Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential proxy infrastructure. This policy covers personal data we process as a controller in connection with your account and use of the service.

We keep data collection deliberately minimal. We store the email address you register with and a hashed version of your password — never the password itself. Billing is handled by external payment processors; card and crypto payment details are processed by those providers, not stored by us. We retain limited technical logs (such as authentication events and aggregate request counts) needed to run and secure the platform.

We do not record, inspect, or store the destinations, contents, or metadata of the traffic you route through our proxies. The proxy network is a transport layer, and your usage of it is not logged to your account.

We use your data to provide and operate the service, process billing through our payment partners, deliver support when you contact us, and protect the platform against abuse, fraud, and security threats.

We rely on performance of a contract (to give you the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (to secure the platform and prevent abuse), and consent where it applies. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.

We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in and operate the dashboard. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We share data only with the processors that make the service work — payment providers for billing and infrastructure providers for hosting. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the in-app support system.

We protect data in transit and at rest with encryption, hash passwords using modern algorithms, and limit internal access on a need-to-know basis.
