Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise accessing CryptoProxy ("we", "us", "our") at cryptoproxy.net, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If any provision of these Terms is unacceptable to you, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and CryptoProxy.

2. CryptoProxy Service

CryptoProxy delivers sybil-proof mobile IP addresses purpose-built for crypto operations. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated physical 4G LTE modems, providing genuine carrier-grade mobile IPs suitable for airdrop farming, exchange multi-accounting, DeFi protocol interaction, and other blockchain-related activities. Each proxy subscription grants you:

• Dedicated HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy endpoints with full protocol support
• OpenVPN tunnel configuration for encrypted connectivity
• Automatic and on-demand IP rotation via API endpoint or rotation URL
• Real-time proxy management through your dashboard at cryptoproxy.net/dashboard
• Plan durations of 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, or 90 Days

All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. Because our proxies rely on live mobile carrier networks, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Carrier maintenance windows, signal fluctuations, and regional network events may temporarily affect service.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming a binding contract. By using CryptoProxy, you confirm that you satisfy these conditions. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for every action performed under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us without delay at support@cryptoproxy.net.

Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Cryptocurrency & Card Payments

CryptoProxy accepts both cryptocurrency and credit/debit card payments. Crypto payments are processed through NowPayments, supporting BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, and 300+ additional tokens across major blockchains. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are denominated in USD.

• Full payment is required before proxy provisioning begins.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are settled upon blockchain confirmation. Due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transfers, crypto payments cannot be charged back or reversed.
• Card payments are processed with industry-standard PCI-compliant encryption via Stripe.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Active subscriptions remain at their purchased rate until expiration.
• You are responsible for any network fees, gas costs, or transaction fees associated with your chosen payment method.

5. Acceptable Use for Crypto Operations

CryptoProxy proxies are designed for blockchain and cryptocurrency workflows. You may use our service for the following purposes:

• Airdrop farming and token claim operations across multiple wallets
• Exchange multi-account management with isolated IP addresses
• DEX trading and DeFi protocol interaction (lending, staking, yield farming)
• Testnet farming and early protocol participation
• NFT minting, marketplace operations, and collection management
• Quest platform automation (Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, Intract, and similar)
• Wallet isolation and operational security for on-chain activity
• Crypto market research, analytics, and price aggregation

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden when using our infrastructure:

• Wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any form of market manipulation on centralized or decentralized exchanges
• Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities, flash loan attacks, or protocol manipulation for unauthorized gain
• Using our proxies to evade government sanctions, OFAC restrictions, or law enforcement investigations
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against any target, including blockchain nodes or RPC endpoints
• Fraud, identity theft, phishing campaigns, or social engineering targeting crypto users or platforms
• Distribution of malware, drainers, clipboard hijackers, or malicious smart contracts
• Accessing or distributing child exploitation material or any illegal content
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your proxy credentials with third parties without written authorization
• Any activity that degrades infrastructure performance or consumes disproportionate resources

Any violation may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement and share relevant account information when legally compelled or when we reasonably believe criminal activity has occurred.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Because CryptoProxy provisions digital infrastructure immediately upon payment confirmation, all purchases are considered final. We offer remedies only under these specific circumstances:

• Prolonged outage: If your proxy is unreachable for 24+ consecutive hours due to a fault on our end, you may request a pro-rata service extension or account credit.
• Duplicate charge: If you are billed twice for the same order (whether by card or crypto), we will reverse the duplicate.
• Provisioning failure: If we fail to deliver a working proxy within 24 hours after confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Submit refund requests to support@cryptoproxy.net within 7 calendar days of the incident.

No refunds will be issued for: change of mind, IP blocks imposed by third-party platforms, inability to access specific protocols or exchanges, or violations of these Terms.

8. Free Trial Terms

Eligible new accounts may activate one (1) complimentary 1-hour proxy trial. Trials are limited to one per account with a mandatory 24-hour cooldown between activations. Trial proxies are subject to all provisions of these Terms, including Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the trial program without notice. Abuse of the trial system (including creating multiple accounts) will result in permanent ban from all CryptoProxy services.

9. Infrastructure & Availability

CryptoProxy operates on physical 4G LTE modem hardware connected to real mobile carrier networks. We target high availability but do not offer an SLA with guaranteed uptime percentages. Service may be temporarily interrupted by carrier maintenance, signal degradation, hardware rotation, or force majeure events. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Zero-Log Privacy Commitment

CryptoProxy operates under a strict zero-log policy for proxy traffic. We are committed to protecting the operational privacy of our users. Specifically, we do not store, monitor, or retain:

• Wallet addresses you connect to or transact from
• Transaction hashes or on-chain interaction history
• Smart contract addresses or DeFi protocols accessed through our proxies
• Connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth consumption per session
• DNS queries or destination IP addresses routed through our infrastructure

We retain only the minimum account data necessary to operate the service (email, payment records, proxy assignment metadata). For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy. This zero-log commitment applies to proxy traffic only and does not extend to account-level information required for billing and support.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, APIs, documentation, branding, and visual assets published on cryptoproxy.net are the exclusive property of CryptoProxy. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any part of our platform or infrastructure is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost tokens, missed airdrops, failed transactions, or exchange account restrictions — arising from your use of our services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have breached these Terms or engaged in activity that threatens our infrastructure or reputation. Consequences of termination include:

• Immediate revocation and purging of all active proxy ports from our modem infrastructure
• Forfeiture of any remaining subscription time — no refunds for policy violations
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts on our platform
• Right to appeal: You may contest a suspension by contacting support@cryptoproxy.net within 14 days

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings. Consumers within the EU may submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

15. Contact & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
