Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Proxy connection timeout
Check that your firewall allows outbound connections on the proxy port. Verify the correct host:port format. Try switching between HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols.
IP not rotating
Use the Rotate IP button in your dashboard or call the rotation API endpoint. Allow 5–10 seconds for the modem to acquire a new IP address from the carrier network.
Slow speeds
Mobile proxy speeds depend on local cell tower load. Typical range is 30–100 Mb/s. If speeds drop below 10 Mb/s persistently, contact support for a modem reassignment.
Authentication error
Double-check your username and password. Make sure there are no extra spaces. If you recently changed credentials in the dashboard, wait 30 seconds before reconnecting.
